Verdict
The rating rewards aggressive cashback of up to 10% in BTC or USDC, a 0.5% base FX rate and a generous $3,000/day ATM limit, with no annual fee. Dampening the score are its unavailability in the EEA, UK and US, the real FX markup that climbs to 1-2% outside Australia, and the exchange's incident history — which for a mainstream user means counterparty risk on a custodial, full-KYC card.
Here the card is worth little: it's custodial, full-KYC, with no on-chain settlement and one of the lowest privacy scores in the category. Up to 10% cashback is attractive but doesn't offset that funds live on the exchange — already hit by a hack — and that every purchase is identified and revocable; there's nothing trustless or censorship-resistant in this model.

"Sovereignty" rating: score computed on privacy/anonymity (30%), fund control (20%), censorship resistance (20%), trustless/auditability (20%) and costs (10%). Same data, different weights.
